Terms and Conditions

The terms of use serve as a general agreement governing the terms of interaction between the user and "Bling," applying to all services provided by "Bling" to the user. The general terms stipulate the user's commitment to ensuring the proper use of the service. The continued use of the service implies the user's implicit agreement to the terms of use.


The user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of account information, including the username, main mobile number serving as the user's identifier, and the password. The user is fully responsible for any use of the service with their username and password, whether by themselves or others, without any liability on the company, as the official account activation involves sending a text message containing an activation code to the user's mobile, representing their secret number in "Bling."


"Bling" reserves the right to cancel or suspend any user's right to use the service in case of a user violation of any term of the terms of use without consulting the user. "Bling" also retains the right to change, modify, cancel, or replace all or part of the service without consulting the user. The company further reserves the right to make any changes or modifications to the terms of use, whether by deletion or addition, without consulting the user.


Refund Policy

No refund claims will be entertained once the cleaning service has been executed. If the client is dissatisfied for any reason, they must notify the company within 12 hours, and the issue will be rectified. A refund will only be processed if the client cancels or modifies the date/time of the cleaning visit within the allowed time (12 hours) before the commencement of the cleaning session, and the payment has already been received by the company. 

A refund will also be issued if the cleaning personnel fails to attend a scheduled cleaning visit, and the company has already received the payment.


Cancellation Terms

The client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if:

a) The client cancels or changes the date/time less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment;

b) The client fails to provide access to the service premises, thereby preventing the cleaning personnel from carrying out the reserved work;

c) There is an issue with the client's keys, and the cleaning personnel cannot enter the facility. If keys are provided, they must open all locks without any special efforts or skills. If the client needs to change the cleaning day or time, the company will make every effort to accommodate them. A notice of at least 12 hours is required. Please note that the company cannot guarantee the availability of the same personnel on the new day and time requested by the client. Any changes in the cleaning schedule are subject to availability. The company's cleaning personnel work on any day of the week, including holidays. If the client's cleaning visit is scheduled on a holiday, and they haven't contacted the company to cancel the visit 24 hours before the start of the cleaning session, the client agrees and understands that the regular amount due for that cleaning visit will be charged, regardless of whether the cleaning personnel has cleaned the client's property or not.


Termination of Monthly Contracts

The client may terminate this contract by providing written notice 30 days in advance once the iThe Customer may terminate this Contract by providing 72 hours advance notice. .

The customer agrees to pay the service cancellation fee before the start, equal to 5 days.




"Bling" undertakes to notify the user of any changes and modifications to the terms of use, either by publishing them on "Bling" or by notifying the user through any other means of notification. These changes become effective upon notifying the user, and the user's continued use of the service after being notified constitutes their agreement to those changes.


The user agrees not to use the service to upload, display, post, distribute, or send any content that violates the law or contains threats, explicit, obscene, offensive, or unacceptable content, or content that violates the rights of any individual or company, including content that seeks money, advertising, solicitation of services, or materials.


"Bling" reserves the right to terminate the user's use of the service or cancel the service, notifying the user of their prohibition from using the service in case of user violation of any legal texts or inappropriate behavior according to "Bling's" management or a violation of the terms of use.


Intellectual Property Rights:


The user is not allowed to copy, publish, or distribute any materials published on "Bling" without mentioning their source. "Bling" retains all legal rights to prosecute those who violate this condition, according to intellectual property laws.


The user is permitted to download some content from "Bling" for personal use only, with the commitment not to use that content for any commercial purposes. The user is prohibited from altering the downloaded content, especially regarding the removal or modification of notices related to copyright or property rights.


Downloading content from "Bling" does not grant the user any intellectual property rights to that content, as the use of this content is an inherent right of the website or authorized parties.


All content on "Bling" is the intellectual property of the Kuwaiti company Bling and smooth, and its use by others is prohibited.


Data and Information Privacy:


The user or visitor can delete their information at any time, understanding that this may affect future transactions with the service provider. The user or visitor can also delete entered data through the profile options and by selecting the delete account option at the bottom of the screen.


The collected customer data includes name, email address, gender, city of residence, contact numbers, and bank card numbers for service delivery purposes. None of this information will be shared with any third party.


The user is not allowed to publish any data related to the services or content provided by the company without consulting the company and obtaining written approval for it.


"Bling's" management takes appropriate measures to secure and protect personal information securely from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.


The company reserves the right to collect and use information about the user, as filled in the registration form or service requests, for the purpose of providing and improving the service and for statistical purposes.


The user has the right to modify or delete data from the profile.


In case of disputes, the laws and regulations applicable in Kuwait will be decisive through the courts in Kuwait.


Privacy Protection:


To help protect personal information, the following recommendations are provided:


Contact us immediately if you believe someone has obtained your username, password, usage code, or any other confidential information.


Do not disclose sensitive information over the phone or the Internet unless you know the identity of the recipient.


Use a secure browser when conducting online transactions, close unused applications on the network, and ensure that antivirus software is always up to date.


Data is used for internal analysis purposes to improve the level of service provided to the customer.


The user can edit or delete data from the profile.
